Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate R100. I will personally wrap and ship your order within 1-5 business days – WITH EXCEPTIONS.  Please allow an extra 7-14 business days for certain jewelry I may create specifically for your order.  If you sense a delay, please contact me at info@wildlypure.co.za or through your confirmation notification.

Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with a Courier Guy tracking code.

All orders are tracked in the Courier Guy system.  Please recognize Wildly Pure is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been accepted into the Courier Guy system with a tracking code.
